Gabrielle (Brie) Mainiero is an Associate Attorney at Swomley & Associates. Brie focuses her practice on criminal litigation, representing clients facing criminal charges in the district, superior, and federal district courts. 

Before joining Swomley & Associates, Brie received a full merit scholarship to attend New England Law | Boston where she graduated cum laude in 2021. Upon graduating, she received the Trustee Bradbury Gilbert Award for Excellence in Achievement, presented for exemplifying both scholarly achievement and service to the institution.

During law school, Brie served as the Editor-in-chief of the New England Law Review, the school’s flagship publication, as well as the Student Manager of The CORI Initiative, a volunteer led clinic assisting indigent clients in sealing their criminal records. She also worked as a judicial intern at Suffolk Superior Court for the Honorable Robert N. Tochka and completed a clinical program through the Housing Department at Greater Boston Legal Services. Brie is originally from Connecticut and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational communication from Northeastern University in 2010. She is an active member of the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
